At Cherepan.store, we are dedicated to providing a transparent and reliable shopping experience. Our shipping policy below outlines important details about shipping destinations, processing times, shipping costs, and other terms. Please read carefully before placing your order.


1. Shipping Destinations

We only ship within the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not ship to:

  • U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
  • Alaska & Hawaii
  • Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
  • P.O. Boxes

Note: If you are located in Alaska or Hawaii, we do not currently offer shipping to those areas.


2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your package.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer Standard Shipping for all orders. Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited or expedited shipping options.

  • Carrier Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.

4. Free Shipping Policy

  • Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $60 within the contiguous United States (48 states).
  • Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when the order meets the minimum requirement of $60.

5. Customs Duties & Taxes

Since we only ship to the United States, there are no customs duties, import taxes, or international shipping fees for orders.


6. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
  • You will also receive email notifications when your order is shipped and when it is delivered.

7. Delays & Issues

  • Delivery Delays: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at [email protected]. We will assist in tracking your package and help resolve any issues related to the delivery.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
